Liquefied petroleum gas compressors are mainly used for the transportation and pressurization of liquefied petroleum gas or gases with similar properties. Therefore, this type of compressor is a key equipment for liquefied gas stations, LPG vehicle filling stations, and mixed gas stations. It is also an ideal equipment for chemical companies to pressurize and recover gases.

Liquid transportation
At the beginning, open the liquid phase pipe of the tank truck for quality inspection of the storage tank. If the liquid level in the tank truck is higher than the storage tank, it will automatically flow into the storage tank. When it reaches equilibrium, the flow stops. If the liquid phase of the tank truck is lower than the storage tank, start the compressor directly, the four-way valve is in the positive position, and the gas is extracted from the storage tank by the compressor and pressurized and discharged into the tank truck. At this time, the pressure in the tank truck increases, the pressure in the tank decreases, and the liquid in the tank truck flows into the storage tank under the action of the pressure difference.
Residual gas recovery
When the unloading is completed, some residual night and full tank of saturated gas are left at the bottom of the tank truck. When the user needs to recover this part of the medium, the four-way valve is switched to the reverse position and the liquid phase pipeline is closed. At this time, the remaining saturated gas in the tank truck is sucked in by the compressor, and discharged to the storage tank after pressurization. The pressure in the storage tank rises, exceeds the saturated pressure of the gas phase, and the gas phase is liquefied to achieve the purpose of recovery. When the pressure in the tank truck drops, the liquid phase in it will continue to gasify until the liquid is completely gasified and the gas phase pressure drops to the maximum allowable value of the compressor’s working condition, and then the recovery is stopped. (Note: When the residual gas is recovered, a cooler can be added at the exhaust end to facilitate recovery)
